 Andy Alloway became the owner and designated broker of what is now Nebraska Realty in 2009.  He has served on a variety of committees and boards since becoming a REALTOR®. Andy is a Past OABR President and Local board Treasurer, a Golden R RPAC Investor, an RPAC Hall of Fame inductee and an NRA Distinguished Service Award winner.  He is the current NRA Treasurer and will be NRA President-Elect in 2020 and sits on the board for the new Regional MLS. 

Lisa Ritter has been the Broker / Owner of RE/MAX Results for the last 7 years and a REALTOR® for 17. She is a 7 Time Best of Omaha Award Winner for the Real Estate Agent Category. She was the 2012 OABR President, 2014 OABR REALTOR® of the year, 2015 Nebraska REALTORS® President, and recipient of the 2018 OABR Service to Nebraska REALTORS® Award.

Mike Riedmann grew up in Omaha and graduated from Archbishop Ryan High School. He has been a licensed REALTOR® since graduating from Wayne State College in 1976. After a successful sales associate career, Mike was named the Sales Manager of the NP Dodge Company's Dodge Street office in 1990. In 1993, Mike was promoted to President and General Sales Manager of NP Dodge Residential Sales Division. Mike and his wife, Cokie, have 4 children and 8 grandchildren.

Jeff Cohn is the host of The Team Building Podcast, was awarded #1 team leader nationally at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, and is the CEO of Elite Real Estate Systems. He’ll share the exact business plan he implemented which helped his team grow from 70 to over 700 transactions in six years making them the top-selling team in Nebraska 5 years in a row.

Devin Crinklaw has worked abroad as part of a training team in Brazil for LE/Mil Special Operations personnel, and on protection details in North Africa and the Middle East. He is considered a subject matter expert by the State Department in areas including Firearms, Arrest and Control, Combatives, and Edged Weapons. He has prepared personnel for high-risk deployments to Haiti, Bosnia, and Afghanistan.

Sherri Hinkel is passionate about helping people through her job as a REALTOR® an former nurse. Her business is based on open, honest communication and superior customer service. Sherri is a business owner who has worked in the housing industry fror over 20 years. She is trained in Supreme Court Mediation, relocation, and safety. Her designations include: GRI, CRS, CREN, SRES, and RENE.

Karen Jennings As a passionate and persistent realtor, Karen’s experience includes Corporate & Military Relocation, Single Family homes, New Construction, Acreages, Farms, and Commercial properties. Karen has been selling real estate since 2002 and am licensed in both Nebraska and Iowa. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Omaha Area Board of Realtors, Great Plains Multiple Listing Service, Midlands Regional Commercial Information Exchange, and Nebraska Real Estate Association.

Debbie McChesney is the Director of Classified Advertising at the Omaha World-Herald. 

Douglas Morris is a native of Ralston, NE. Doug attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting in Spring of 2015. Doug then went on to earn his Master of Accountant from UNO in Spring of 2016 and his license to practice as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Spring of 2017. Doug has been in the accounting profession for five years, starting in grain accounting with Gavilon Group, LLC before making the switch to public accounting with McFarlin & Brokke, PC. Doug specializes in tax research, planning, and preparation and business consulting.

Mike Pettid is an Omaha native with 28 years of sales and marketing experience. Prior to real estate, he owned and operated a business and was awarded by the Omaha Chamber of Commerce as being on of the fastest growing privately held companies in Omaha. He has successfully helped over 600 buyers and sellers and specializes in new construction. His team has been ranked in the top 20 nationally for the last 11 years. 

Jeff Rensch is the leader of the Rensch Group and has remained one of Omaha’s top residential real estate brokers since starting in in the business 1986. Born and raised in Omaha, Jeff graduated with a Business Administration from USD in Vermillion and worked in the finance industry for 2 years before finding his passion in selling real estate. Jeff loves helping people through the process of selling or buying homes and has done so with hundreds and hundreds of families since 1986.

Jacy Riedmann is Vice President of Amoura Productions. Amoura Productions is a photography and video production company specializing in real estate, architecture, travel, and tourism media. She is an Inman News Ambassador for both the ICNY & ICSF conferences. Jacy is President of the Austin Young Real Estate Professionals (AYREP), the Texas YPN Education Chair, The Women's Council of REALTORS Austin Network marketing and Technology chairs, and is a committee member for both the Austin Board of REALTORS' Diversity Committee and the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS' YPN Committee. 

Julie Tartaglia  started her Real Estate Career in 2008 after over 20 years in the Beauty Salon Industry. Nearly 4 years after she entered Real Estate the opportunity knocked to start a team.  Tag Team had 5 original members (who are still on the team today), and has grown to 18 licensed agents and one administrative/social marketing assistant. Julie’s team is based firmly on the solid foundation of respect, knowledge, passion and integrity.  The sum is greater than the parts.  Julie believes it is a privilege and a gift, to lead and be a leader.

Fred Tischauer is an Associate Broker and active investor with over 45 years of experience. Fred has flipped over 150 properties and assisted clients to flip over 500. He is an active real estate coach and mentor and several of his clients have become millionaire real estate investors.

Melissa Travis grew up in Princeton, IL.  Melissa went to the University of Iowa and graduated from the Tippie College of Business with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Certificate of Entrepreneurship.  Melissa began her accounting career at McFarlin & Brokke, PC in 2007 and continues to work there as a public accountant.  Melissa is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.  Melissa specializes in QuickBooks troubleshooting, set-ups, conversions, and training.  Melissa is also skilled in Not-for-Profit auditing, tax planning, and tax preparation.

FBI Special Agent Jeremy Witmer earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Colorado and has worked in security positions for a Department of Defense contractor and joined the FBI two years ago. He is assigned to the Cyber Security office in Omaha. That office covers security in Nebraska and in Iowa, where there are offices in Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, and the Quad Cities. Due to a promotion, the Des Moines office is currently covered by Omaha, but will soon be re-staffed. The Cyber Task Force is a partnership of local, state, and eighteen federal agencies as well as analysts, computer scientists, and personnel that concentrate on forensics.
