John Bredemeyer is President of Realcorp in Omaha Nebraska. He holds an MBA and real estate degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where he remains active in alumni and advisory roles. A certified general appraiser in Nebraska and Iowa, he holds SRA and ASA designations and has led major appraisal and real estate organizations at state and national levels. Bredemeyer has served on the Nebraska Real Estate Appraiser Board, the Appraisal Foundation (as Treasurer and Vice Chairman), and several industry boards, earning recognition for his leadership and professional contributions.
