The Omaha Area Board of REALTORS® serves its members as a resource for education, a wide range of committee activities, the Great Plains REALTORS® MLS, social events, products, and publications.

Three Levels of Benefits
Membership in the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS® means that members also have access to the Nebraska REALTORS® Association and the National Association of REALTORS®; together, the largest trade association in the world with a membership in excess of 1,000,000.
Great Plains Regional MLS
GPRMLS is a network of more than 350 participating real estate offices in the Lincoln-Omaha region. Information on available properties is quickly disseminated to more than 4,000 cooperating REALTORS® across the area.
Education
REALTORS® have access to a wide array of educational opportunities to further their career. OABR provides a year-round schedule of opportunities including OABR Academy, Tech Days, and more.
Networking Opportunities
The real estate business can be fiercely competitive, but also requires a great deal of cooperation. Get to know other members and support your community at an upcoming event or by joining a committee. OABR is run by volunteers who give their time and expertise to serve on boards, committees, councils, and forums. Committees include: Affiliate Council, Diversity Task Force, Education Committee, Governmental Affairs Committee, OABR Foundation, RPAC Fundraising Task Force, Safety Committee, Social Events Committee, and Young Professionals Network Advisory Board.
Awards
Each year OABR recognizes its members for their efforts at the OABR Inaugural. These award recipients are nominated by fellow OABR members for the following awards: REALTOR®-of-the-Year, Outstanding Service to OABR, Distinguished Service to the Nebraska REALTORS® Association, and Affiliate-of-the-Year.
Room Rentals
The comfortable OABR Education Center and Board Room may be utilized by members for a workday or after-hour meetings, when available. Audio/Video equipment is also available.
FOCUS Printing & Mailing
OABR operates a full-service printing operating designed to help you with all of your marketing needs. Focus Printing understands the needs of REALTORS® and offers products to support you including design services, mailing services, full-color digital printing, magnets, calendars, banners, directional signs, and much more.
