All Standard Real Estate Forms currently available to members are copyrighted materials owned by the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS®.  These forms may not be used if modified, except that the blank lines provided in the forms may be completed by the member. OABR Standard Real Estate Forms are for exclusive use by members and are provided for convenience only as of the date created. Standard Real Estate Forms, by their nature, may become outdated and may not address the specific terms or conditions of a particular transaction, and thus should be carefully reviewed to the satisfaction of all parties before use.
